Tammy Greer, Ph.D.

Chief Executive Officer

Tammy Greer, Ph.D. has a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Master of Security Management (both from the University of Houston-Downtown), as well as Ph.D. in Political Science from Clark Atlanta University with focus areas in American Government (including state and local government), Urban Politics, Comparative Politics, and International Politics. She has served in numerous capacities in the private sector as well as the public sector, including as an educator. Dr. Greer’s interests include community and civic involvement focusing on how policy and the lack of equitable public policy impact historically underserved communities. She advocates for consistent civic engagement and voting, especially in non-presidential elections, which means voting for all positions on the ballot. Dr. Greer served as a board member on several organizations including Georgia Women Connect, Media Policy Center, and the community chair working to create community garden in an urban food desert community. Dr. Greer has been interviewed in numerous state, nation-wide, and international media outlets including CNBC, Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, NPR, Washington Post, WGN, Christian Science Monitor, and the Atlanta-Journal Constitution regarding politics and policy.

Jayme Beasley, Ph.D.

Director of Regulatory Affairs and Compliance

Jayme C. Beasley, Ph.D., is a distinguished regulatory affairs and compliance professional with extensive expertise in federal civil rights law, policy analysis, and institutional compliance. Dr. Beasley holds a Ph.D. in Political Science and a Master of Public Administration from Clark Atlanta University, as well as a Bachelor of Science from Kennesaw State University.  Previously, Dr. Beasley served as an intern with the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Foreign Agricultural Service in the Agricultural Development Office and the Office of Civil Rights. She analyzed EEOC Management Directive 715 policy and agency data across seven program units to identify compliance deficiencies and operational barriers. She interpreted complex federal anti-discrimination laws including Executive Orders 13985 and 14091, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Equal Pay Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Rehabilitation Act, and the ADA. Dr. Beasley conducted intake assessments, developed systematic data collection protocols, and consulted senior management on complex civil rights matters.  Dr. Beasley's compliance expertise was further developed as Chair of the Discipline Committee at Clark Atlanta University, where she adjudicated over 200 annual cases involving Title IX complaints, discrimination investigations, and student conduct violations. She coordinated responses to complex complaints, drafted over 100 settlement agreements through alternative dispute resolution, and developed policy guidelines for the university's Code of Conduct Handbook.  Dr. Beasley's doctoral research examined federalism and regulatory failures in the Jackson, Mississippi drinking water crisis. Her professional expertise has been featured in interviews with Atlanta's WABE, Atlanta Magazine, and NPR. She brings rigorous academic training and substantive federal and institutional compliance experience to organizations navigating complex regulatory environments.

Khadijah Bryant, MSW, M.P.P.

Director of Research and Analytics

Khadijah D. Bryant, MSW, M.P.P. is a policy and research professional with extensive experience at the intersection of public policy, electoral politics, and community-based advocacy. She currently serves as Director of Research and Analytics at NTFF, where she leads the organization’s research agenda and provides strategic insight grounded in rigorous, evidence-based analysis. Khadijah brings a strong academic foundation to her work, holding a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Pennsylvania State University, a Master of Social Work from Clark Atlanta University, currently pursuing a Master of Public Policy at Georgia State University’s Andrew Young School of Policy Studies. Her career spans from statewide agencies, including the Governor’s Office of Student Achievement, state and congressional campaigns, research in housing policy, officer-involved shootings, and gun violence. Khadijah has served in the capacity as Campaign Manager, successfully winning by a 7-point margin, and currently serves in senior leadership as Chief of Staff and Deputy Campaign Manager.   At NTFF, Khadijah specializes in evidence-based research, opposition research, policy writing and analysis, focus group design and facilitation, and community engagement strategies that center lived experience alongside data. She co-led research and survey design at Atlanta Housing Authority, developing methodologically sound instruments to capture resident mobility patterns, policy impacts, and lived experiences. Her work emphasizes translating complex research into actionable policy recommendations and narratives that inform decision-makers and empower communities. Across her roles, she has demonstrated a consistent commitment to equity-driven policy development, trauma-informed approaches, and data-driven solutions that strengthen democratic participation and public trust. Khadijah’s leadership is defined by her ability to bridge research, policy, and practice to advance impactful, community-responsive outcomes.  Khadijah’s work and expertise has been featured across academic, media, and national conference platforms, including Apple Music Rap Life Live: Clark Atlanta University, the Global MindED Conference, and published in Evaluating Movement in the City of Atlanta, contributing to policy-relevant research on urban mobility and equity at Atlanta Housing Authority.
